DISTRICT 5 – PART OF THE QUEENSTOWN URA MASTERPLAN

QUEENSTOWN – ONE OF SINGAPORE'S OLDEST ESTATES

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has reported that it intends to build in excess of 5,000 apartments in the Queenstown vicinity, beginning as early as 2021. One-north, Biopolis and Mediapolis—the zone toward the northwest of Queenstown (the region in blue)— has likewise see through many business and office improvements in the previous decade to warrant additionally lodging in the region.

What has changed in the URA Master Plan 2019 for Queenstown?

For a start, the changes in Queenstown on the Master Plan appear to be more similar to a reshuffling of residential and commercial areas. Singapore government is well known for their forward thinking. District 5 could be slated as one of the most important districts in Singapore in terms of the slew of offerings in the Educational, Science, Media & Arts as well as High tech/ Information Technology companies and institutes located here.

District 5 is poised to be transformed into one of Singapore’s most exciting and vibrant districts!

ONE NORTH EDEN, CLAVON & NORMANTON PARK

One has already seen the success last week during the launch of Clavon, seeing a strong uptake of 70% of their units sold! Discerning buyers see the potential in this area.

With One North Eden and the upcoming Normanton Park launches, one can already feel the excitement amongst the public for these 2 launches. We do foresee quick movement of units for these projects.
